\"Tabsira\" is an independent annual institutional platform launched by Hadara Foundation in response to society's need for rigorous knowledge. It is dedicated to encouraging and supporting substantive intellectual and creative production on contemporary issues \u2014 from intellectual, educational, cultural, humanitarian, and media perspectives \u2014 guided by a clear ethical and humanitarian framework, and an independent scientific and creative methodology that ensures intellectual integrity, depth of thought, and quality of outcomes.<\/p>

The name draws its authenticity from the Holy Quran, expressing a penetrating awareness that transcends mere \"observation\" to reach the depth of \"understanding.\"<\/p>

In our language, tabsira<\/em> is the clarification that lifts the veil and reveals the truth.
